2019 - Chicago Fire wins the Brimstone Cup (3-0)

A seventh minute defensive blunder set the tone as C.J. Sapong tapped into an empty net. A second goal from Sapong, as well as Nemanja Nikolic and Przemyslaw Frankowski gave the Fire a 4-0 half time lead.
 

2018 - FC Dallas wins the Brimstone Cup (3-0)

Dallas set a Brimstone Cup record of playing six Homegrown Player, with Chicago's Richard Sanchez also a former Dallas Homegrown, as they regain the cup against a weakened Fire team. Carlos Gruezo gave Dallas the first half lead before Kellyn Acosta and a Reto Ziegler PK added to the host's advantage after Chicago's Drew Conner saw red. Brandt Bronico scored a late consolation with his first MLS goal.
 

2017 - Chicago Fire wins the Brimstone Cup (3-0)

2016 - FC Dallas wins the Brimstone Cup (3-0)

Maxi Urruti opens scoring for Dallas.  Mauro Diaz notches the 2nd goal.  Arturo Alvarez scores late for Chicago becoming the first player to score for both sides in the Brimstone Cup.  Mauro Rosales notches the 3rd goal in injury time.

2014 - Chicago Fire wins the Brimstone Cup (3-0)

The Fire ends FCD’s 10 game unbeaten run with the 1-0 win.  Chicago sub Robert Earnshaw scores the lone goal of the game off a cross by Jeff Larentowicz.

2013 - Chicago Fire wins the Brimstone Cup (3-0)

A great night by league MVP candidate Mike Magee who assisted on the Fire opener by Juan Luis Anangono (24’) and then scored on his own (his 19th of the season). Jalil Anibaba put the Fire up 3-0 in minute 52.  FCD goals by Kenny Cooper (63’) and David Ferreira (73’ PK) wasn’t enough to rally.

Major League Soccer switched to an unbalanced schedule. Due to this the teams will only play once each year in the regular season.

2011 - FC Dallas wins Brimstone Cup (4-1)

FC Dallas clinched postseason berth, getting goals from Jackson and Daniel Cruz. Sebastian Grazzini scored for Chicago.  Pavel Pardo was ejected in the 78th minute for a tackle on Ricardo Villar.

2010 - FC Dallas wins Brimstone Cup (4-1)

Dallas missing several starters beats Chicago.  Milton Rodriguez, Marvin Chavez, and Jeff Cunningham score for FC Dallas.  Cunningham's goal ties Jamie Moreno for the all-time MLS career lead with 132 goals.

Coming off a Thursday game, undefeated Chicago rests some players.  Worst record in the league FCD surprises most observers and comes out in a 4-5-1 formation.  Cunningham scores off a corner, McCarty free kick ends in a Brown own goal, and Cooper scores a pretty free kick goal late in the game.  Soumare receives second yellow and is sent off.

Lubos Kubik continued to haunt the Dallas Burn as the defender scored the lone goal in Chicago's 11th straight victory Saturday night at the Cotton Bowl. Chicago beat the Burn for the third time in less than three weeks, and Kubik scored goals in each of the three victories.

Thornton made a career-high 10 saves and Kubik scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 64th minute, giving Chicago a 1-0 victory over the Dallas Burn before 9,638 on a rainy night at Soldier Field in the first ever meeting between the two teams.
